I think that is a sham arguement because there is one HUGE difference between hunting and dogfighting/training/killing and that is that HUNTING IS LEGAL. People may not like it but it is legal and much different than dogfighting/training/killing.

I have never voiced my opinion on this because I would probably catch flack from a blue million people, but, I will say that the only punishment to fit the crime would be to put him in a locked kennel with the same number of angry pitt bulls/whatever type dogs he is responsible for putting to death and let them have at him. A fight to the death.

besides that its legal hunting actually helps to thin the overpopulation of wildlife
last i checked he was trying to thin the local herd of pit bulls in the virginia area

We do not live in a society where we assign punishment to fit the crime. And that is a route we should never go down again.

If other players were also involved in a tax free betting scheme on hunting they would also be in trouble.
