Probably be easier to let the users choose the service. Get rid of (almost) and (and rights) because it just confuses what your trying to get across and is too much info that isn't really needed.

I may not be interested in a network of sites with different content just the one site content that I originally signed on with. But it would be better to maybe give a user a limited time period to choose as well instead of automatic registration.
