Had a best offer for $23 declined in favor for an $18 best offer :doh:

did you put in your offer right away and then the winning offer put in towards the end?...usually if they think they can get more they will hold out, only to find out that they wont get that much so they will take less than they wanted

The offer was in less than two days ago. My offer was still standing at the time the $18 offer was accepted.
