Lindsay Lohan the latest winner of being young rich and breaking the law...

for her 2 DUIs (BAC .12 and .15 (.08 legal), 2 possession of cocaine, bringing cocaine into a detention center, leaving the scene of an accident, and driving on a suspended license charges, she was awarded 1 day in jail, and all counts went to misdemenors...HOW?...what messages does this send to people?...WOW...

this is 1000000000000x worse than the paris debockle, shows what going to rehab does to pursuade people you have a problem...

and for the record alcoholism is not a disease, if it is, i need to get treatment for chronic masterbation and blame someone and seek damages from Womens Entertainment, Oxygen, and Lifetime networks for playing reruns of Golden Girls :doh:

so that's why i spent so much time in jail when i was a kid :doh::doh::doh:

wait................. i had the money from "other" sales but i wasn't famous so maybe that's why they kept me there


that is seriously a bunch of crap.

why is it that nicole richie admits she was wrong, gets like 3 days in jail. paris hilton breaks the law again and again, and yeah probably got more harsh treatment than other people would have gotten but i bet she is going to think twice again before driving drunk.

so i guess if any of us get drunk and drive and get caught we should just tell the cop that it's ok we know lindsey lohan? and she's our idol

Paris didnt get it rough. I think a lot of it is because they are (I assume) in California. I cant imagine very many other places being so accommodating.

nicole richie served 82 minutes for her DUI for driving while under the influence and being stopped going the wrong way on a freeway...

i dont think its all of california, but LA/Hollywood is definately real bad...

something about non violent criminals with under so many days sentence get released early because of overcrowding...here is an idea, make the fine 5%-20% of the persons yearly income, based on tax bracket and build new jails with the income?...

of the big 3 arrests nicole im sure makes the least, but paris and lohan pull in probably $10 million or more a year, they would be in the 20% bracket since they make over a mil each, so you are looking at $2 million just for those 2 arrests, and the fines should be higher with each offense, like multipliers for the different refractor versions ;)
