I won this card Radulov NHL Enshrinments 2 weeks ago & as of today nothing in the mail. So I send the guy a friendly reminder that it's been 2 weeks since I won & paid may I get an update & ask if you used D.C.

So sorry for the delay. I have been couped up in the house with a bad neck and back. Card will be shipping tomorrow with DC. Thanks and again I apologize for the inconveinance. if you would like I can send you the redemption code and refund you shipping. thanks Greg

Do I just tell him to send my card per agreement or let him send me the Redemption code & a refund of shipping charges? I would of been O.K. if he would of told me right off he was having a problem but 2 weeks without a word.
