Contrary to popular belief...the lady that sued McDonalds actually did have a legitimate reason to sue. She suffered extensive burns on her body due to the hot coffee.

yeah, the McDonalds lady did have a legit reason. Coffee should be heated to 130 degress. McDonalds was heating theirs to 180-190 degrees. Thats pretty damn hot.


As for the topic, I can't believe that stupid idiot would bring this case before a judge. Didn't it sound funny to him?
