about Sundin's record breaking goal(s). Basically, he said that Nolan chose to put Dubielewicz in net knowing that Sundin was going to get his goals and he didn't want it to go down in history that Sundin got his goals against DiPietro. Could there be any truth to that? Or do you think Don Cherry was making it up? How would he know this?


My thoughts on Cherry's comments are Nolan "gave" the game to the Leafs and "gave" Sundin his goals by putting Dubie in net;and Nolan was protecting DiPietro from going down in the record books from giving up record breaking goal/s to Sundin;
