I am amazed at how we cannot track down more spammers than we do. I am far from an expert, but me thinks it can't be that hard to follow the cyber trail to the ISP's or whatever these folks are using.

But then again...why would the ISP help out when they are making tons of cash helping these guys send millions of emails.

I watched a special on that once and saw that the better spammers were able to bounce the IP around so much it was virtually impossible to find em and a HUGE hassle to do so.

Plus the fact some will hack and make it seem like your computer sent it and youll be the one getting a knock on the door.
