took my nieces and frisbees to the park yesterday, figure when im in vast expanses i might as well work on throwing for distance...i was throwing from behind the tree in the outfield towards the backstop of the softball field, i figured with the tree there id have to keep my throws lower to the ground...hit the backstop a few times, probably 250+ feet away threw one that banked over the first baseline fence past the basketball court, and had one land in the basketball court...one of the kids at the skatepark asked me how i could throw so far :rambo:
after i go send some mail out ill go toss some more in the backyard...my goal is to consistantly clear the fence of the school by the end of the summer...not quite sure the distance, but it has to be around 300 feet away...
