They won't be able to find anyone to replace Urlacker, from a production AND leadership standpoint. All they can do is hope they can get someone in there that can be as good as Urlacker has been in the last few years (he hasn't been great, lately).
It is always hard to replace a legend, but that is what every team that has a sure-fire HOFer, when they leave. They will miss the leadership more than the on field play.
