Been working on another player set

rexvos

Bench Warmer
I was not a huge fan of him when he played. I always thought he was the most clutch QB of all time. (Brady does not even come close)

Just doing his basic Topps Set which will include Cards 1981-1995

Joe Montana:

1981 Rookie Card

That is all I picked up so far. I just got a couple of them in today, and it is the first time I have added to this set in 2 years, so I am in no big hurry to finish it.

Great stuff!! Love it!! I need to convince myself to do the Butkus basic set again. Same with Bobby Mitchell. I got a few cards in on each and fell off the wagon.

I have completed basic sets for Cannon, Archie Manning, and Basic Topps of Tony Dorsett.

I like doing them especially if they only had Topps, Fleer or Philadelphia cards. Anything after 1989 (Score and Pro Set) become too many to fool with.

I have plans eventually to work on Mike Singletary, Ronnie Lott, Lawrence Taylor, Fred Dean and possibly one or two others.

Only current player I am considering is Drew Brees, his would be done all as Topps Chrome though.

Butkus would be an awesome set.
