Another month has come and gone here at TCZ, and we have yet another first time winner in our Card of The Month contest. This month we only got 3 submissions, but they were all pretty dandy cards, as far as I'm concerned. It was a pretty tough decision all around this time. So, let's get to it.
First, let's take a look at this month's winner. Numbered /75 is pretty high, but with the looks of this card along with the quality of player this one was a pretty decisive winner in this month's voting. Congratulations to franklinguy52 on his first CoTM win, with his Mike Stanton gu/auto from Topps Tribute.
The next one here was the first hockey game-used card we've had submitted to our CoTM contest, and it was a great one to start with. This was Cool_Hand_Flash's Nicklas Lidström stick and jersey card that he picked up in a group break.
The last one is one of those that has some serious potential later on in this young man's career. Probably the only thing keeping it out of 1st place in this month's voting was the fact that the player hasn't really proven himself yet. Yeah, we're talking about pwolantern's Ryan Mallett rookie gu/auto from Totally Certified.
