Not too long ago a bunch of people got locked out. I had problems where my security question wasn't working to get back in. I went to Live Help, and they reset my password for me and I was good to go. I suggest giving that a shot.

yeah, I had that problem at first. I just went on again at like 8:00 in the morning and didn't have to wait long.
