big deal ..the odds say that the east should have it almost every year since the West has most of the good teams and the east has more bottom feeders. Usuually the west has 1 or 2 teams that really suck but the east has that and then a few more that arnt good either.

Not quite every year. The East vs. West power shift is always cyclical. Soon the East will be back on top.
