2021 Topps chrome refractor not marked?

So I just came across this.

I have a 2021 Topps chrome refractor, so I think, yet it’s not stamped as refractor. Can someone straighten me out here?

The one on the right appears to have the refractor finish

Oh that is weird…totally looks like a refractor!

None of the 2021 Topps Chrome refractors are marked. Takes the light test to know if it is a refractor or not. I much prefer the refractors being marked to know for sure.
