I thought that after 4 boxes (2 I opened a couple months ago), I was still missing 2 base cards (107 and 124). Then I looked at Panini's online checklist and realized those numbers were never issued. I had a complete base set from my first 2 boxes. I haven't sorted everything else to see whether I have completed any more.
It's 24 packs, 8 cards per pack - supposedly. Panini has a quality control problem with getting the right number of cards in a pack. In box 1, 4 packs had 7 cards and 4 packs had 9 cards. In box 2, 4 packs had 7 cards and 3 packs had 9 cards.
