i found this on the net for comparison - it said "1998 or 1999" for this jersey - I guess there's no telling year -

Honestly, don't know where you live, but if you have a Michaels or Joann Fabric (basically any store that does custom framing) watch for adds on sales, you can get a nice, basic frame job for 70 or less (maybe 50 or less depends on what you want) but watch for the sale.
