Pujols Home Run Tracker....The Race to 700!

He is definitely going out with a bang! Hope he hits a couple more!
That would be awesome!! This has been a super exciting story to follow, my sons are excited to watch too, since they got to see Albert and Yadi play this summer!

703 is Albert's record, standing at #4 all time for home runs! What a great season, and a great career for Albert! Wild Card Game 1 in STL tomorrow, and hopefully a long playoff run for the Cardinals too!

And just like that, it was all over.....just a memory now. Albert gave us so much to cheer for, here in STL and all over. His race to 700, finally settling on 703, was so fun to watch, and while the Cards exited the playoff race sooner than any of us would have liked, he gave us a fantastic season, his last, but certainly one of his most memorable!

Man that was a tough exit, but Yadi and Albert both got hits in their last at-bats…not ideal, but nice to see it happen that way
Yes, I really am happy for those two! 2 more retired numbers on the wall at Busch Stadium!

My 7 and 10 year old boys and I watched their final at bats and hits together last night…a memory I will never forget!
That is awesome Mike, Great Dad Award right there!

My kids and I also watched, and they saw the home runs too.....Albert provided us some unforgettable memories this season!

Blessings,

Kevin

We know that Albert and Yadi are retiring together (and in my opinion, will likely go into Cooperstown together as well!), but the Cardinals made an announcement yesterday:

The 50 in the photo refers to his jersey number, not his age!! 😜
